Quit Smoking: Smoke Free
Track your smoke-free days, money saved and health recovering.
Everything in one place
Built around the things that actually keep a quit going: visible progress, honest numbers, and a plan for the moment a craving hits.
Smoke-free clock
A live counter from your quit date — years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds without a cigarette or vape. Your streak, always one glance away.
Money saved
Enter what you used to spend and the app keeps a running total of the money you have kept, in US dollars, from day one to today.
Health recovery timeline
Twelve milestones, from the first 20 minutes to the fifteen-year mark, each one cited to a published public-health source rather than invented.
Craving log & trigger analytics
Log a craving in seconds, tag what set it off, and see your own patterns emerge — which triggers, which times of day, and whether they are fading.
Breathing tools
Three guided exercises to ride out a craving: 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing and a slower calm-breathing pattern, each with a visual pacer.
Badges
Earn badges as your streak, savings and cravings-resisted counts grow. Small, concrete proof that the hard part is working.
Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets
Keep your smoke-free time and money saved in front of you without opening the app. Widgets for both the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
100% offline & private
Everything is stored locally on your device with SwiftData. No account, no sign-up, no analytics SDKs, no ads, no trackers, no servers.
The health recovery timeline
The app reproduces population-level estimates published by the American Cancer Society, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the UK NHS and the U.S. Surgeon General's 2020 report on smoking cessation. These are general population averages, not a prediction about you personally, and they are not medical advice.

Your data stays on your iPhone
This is not a marketing line — it is how the app is built.
- Your quit date, cravings, notes, savings and badges live in a local SwiftData store on your device.
- There is no account and no sign-up, because there is no server to sign in to.
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
- No access to your camera, contacts, photos, location, microphone or HealthKit.
- The only permission the app ever asks for is optional local notifications — and you can say no and still use everything else.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. The developer never sees your payment details.
