Pregnancy Week by Week Tracker (“the app”) is built by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. This policy explains what the app does — and does not do — with your information.
The app collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
The app lets you record:
All of this is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database (SwiftData). It is never uploaded to us, because we do not operate a server. We cannot see it, and we could not retrieve it even if asked.
When you add a bump photo, the app uses Apple’s system photo picker. Only the specific image you select is passed to the app. The app never gets access to the rest of your photo library and does not use the camera.
If you turn on a reminder for an appointment, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and no push service is used.
Premium is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; the app only receives Apple’s signed confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active. We never see your name, card details, or Apple Account ID. Apple’s handling of payment data is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The app contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, no analytics libraries and no crash reporters. There is no data to share, and none is shared or sold.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

The app provides general educational information about pregnancy. Sizes, weights and milestones are approximate, and every pregnancy is different. The app is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from your doctor or midwife.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
