These Terms govern your use of Project Management Foundation Prep (the “App”), provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

Unofficial educational product

The App is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PeopleCert, AXELOS, or any official certification body. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Practice content is original and is not official exam material.

License

Subject to these Terms and a valid purchase/subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own exam preparation.

Subscriptions and lifetime unlock

• Access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription and/or lifetime unlock).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation via the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
• Pricing is displayed in the App and App Store listing (USD reference pricing may vary by storefront).

No guarantees

The App does not guarantee exam passage, scores, or certification outcomes. Content is for educational practice only and may not reflect current official syllabi in full.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, scrape content at scale, or misuse the App in unlawful ways.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
