Privacy Policy

Project Management Foundation Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

Summary

The App is designed to be offline-first. Study progress, bookmarks, streaks, and preferences are stored on your device. We do not operate our own analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal data.

Information we process

• On-device study data: answers, scores, bookmarks, study plan settings, reminder preferences — stored locally via Apple frameworks (e.g. SwiftData / UserDefaults).
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase receipts / entitlement status needed to unlock features.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send so we can respond.
• Notifications: If you enable study reminders, iOS local notifications are scheduled on your device. We do not send push marketing campaigns.

What we do not do

• No third-party advertising networks
• No third-party analytics SDKs embedded for tracking
• No account registration required to use the App
• No sale of personal information

Data retention

Local study data remains until you delete the App or use in-app reset. Purchase records are retained by Apple per their policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to assist you.

Children

The App is a general education product. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information of children to us via support channels.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in Settings / system notification settings
• Reset progress in the App settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings
• Delete the App to remove on-device study data

International users

Purchases and App Store services are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and privacy policy for your region.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
