The short version. Physical Therapy Exam Prep does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. No accounts, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK. Study data stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Physical Therapy Exam Prep ("the app") is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

None. We do not collect name, email, phone, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, or analytics.

No third-party analytics, advertising, crash SDK, or App Tracking Transparency tracking.

3. Data stored on your device

Answers, statistics, spaced-repetition schedule
Bookmarks and flashcard progress
Mock results and study streak
Onboarding preferences (goal, track, exam date, daily goal, reminder)

Erase via Settings → Reset all progress, or by deleting the app.

4. Notifications

Optional local study reminders use Apple's notification framework on-device only. No tokens are sent to us.

5. Purchases

A subscription or lifetime unlock is required. Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Entitlements are verified on-device against Apple's signed transactions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Network use

Offline-first. Network only for App Store purchase/entitlement traffic and when you open an external link (e.g. Exam Info sources).

7. Children

Intended for adults preparing for physical therapy licensure exams. Not directed at children under 13.

8. Your rights

We hold no personal data. Study data is under your control on device.

9. Security & retention

We retain no server data. On-device data is protected by iOS device security.

10. Changes

Updates will be posted at this URL with a new date.
