Open the purchase screen or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you used originally, and that it has a network connection. Restore is available both before and after purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your device open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal.

The app converts your accuracy in each of the six reported subjects into an estimated standard score on the published 200–400 scale, then averages the six to give an estimated Academic Average. Total Science is estimated from your combined biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry and physics accuracy. These are our own estimates, not official conversions.
Items you answer incorrectly, or slowly, come back sooner; items you answer quickly and correctly come back later. Flashcards use a five-level system with intervals of 1, 1, 3, 7 and 16 days. The Review tab shows what is due.
Yes. Every question, passage, explanation and flashcard is bundled inside the app. A connection is needed only to make or restore a purchase.
Settings → Reset all progress. This clears every answer, bookmark, streak and saved result on the device and cannot be undone.
Check that reminders are on in the app's Settings, and that notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings → Notifications. The reminder is a local notification generated on your device.
Yes. Every control is labelled for VoiceOver, layouts reflow at large text sizes, and the app supports light and dark appearance throughout. You can also force light or dark mode in the app's Settings.
