1. Who we are
NSW Driver Knowledge Test Prep (the "App") is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the "Developer", "we", "us"). Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect none. The App does not collect name, email, phone, location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or crash telemetry.
The only optional permission is local notifications for a study reminder you choose. Declining does not block other features.
3. Data stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device and is never uploaded:

Erase anytime: Settings → Reset all progress. Deleting the App also deletes this data.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the App Store transaction.
5. Third parties
No analytics, advertising, social, or crash SDKs are embedded. We do not sell data.
6. Children
The App is a general study tool. It does not knowingly collect data from children. Progress data stays on-device.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
