By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. Licence
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an in-app purchase: Monthly, Yearly auto-renewable subscription, or Lifetime one-time unlock. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (USD reference: $4.99/mo, $14.99/yr, $24.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
3. Educational disclaimer
All questions are original practice content. The App is not affiliated with SEAG, GL Assessment, any school, or exam board. Practice does not guarantee a school place or any particular result.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute content outside the App, or misuse the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
