1. Who we are
NHS Recruitment Prep (the "App") is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the "Developer", "we", "us"). Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.
The App is independent study material for values-based interview practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the NHS, NHS England, any NHS trust, or any government department.
2. Data we collect
We collect none. The App does not collect:
- Name, email, phone number, or postal address
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or health data
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or fingerprinting signals
- Usage analytics, crash telemetry, or behavioural profiles
- Payment card details (purchases are handled by Apple)
The App may request optional local notification permission for a daily practice reminder. You may decline; all other features continue to work.
3. Data stored on your device
The following stays on your device only and is not uploaded to us:

Erase any time: Settings → Reset all progress. Deleting the App also deletes local data.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime access are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may share limited purchase status with the App via StoreKit so entitlement can be unlocked.
5. Links
The App may link to public websites (for example NHS Constitution information). Their privacy practices are their own.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
