These Terms apply to NAPLAN Year 3 Prep (the “App”) provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.
For apps distributed on the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies:
The App provides original practice material for educational revision. It is not an official NAPLAN assessment, does not reproduce official NAPLAN items, and is not affiliated with ACARA or any education authority.
Access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Content is provided “as is” for practice purposes. We do not guarantee exam outcomes. Always follow guidance from your school and official education authorities for real assessments.
