NAPLAN Year 3 Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).

Summary

The App is offline-first study software. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information.

Information we process

• On-device study data: progress, answers, bookmarks, streaks, study plan preferences and reminder settings stored locally on your device using Apple frameworks (e.g. SwiftData / UserDefaults).
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase receipts / entitlement status necessary to unlock features.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive the address and content you send so we can respond.
• Notifications: If you enable study reminders, the system schedules local notifications on your device. We do not push marketing notifications from our servers.

No account required

The App does not require creating an account with us and does not operate a user profile cloud service.

Children

Content is designed to be age-appropriate for primary-school literacy and numeracy practice. Parents or carers should supervise purchases and device use. Study data stays on the device. The App is not intended for children under 13 to use independently for account creation (none is offered).

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security & retention

Study data remains on your device unless you delete the App or reset progress. Support emails are retained only as needed to assist you.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in iOS Settings or in-app where available.
• Reset study progress in Settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Contact us with privacy questions.
