1. Agreement
By downloading or using Medical Licensing Prep ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) for App Store licensed applications. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Unofficial educational product
The app is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME), the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), any medical school, residency program or state medical board.
USMLE is a joint program of the FSMB and NBME. MCAT is a trademark of the AAMC. COMLEX-USA is a program of the NBOME. PANCE is a trademark of the NCCPA. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the examinations this material helps you study for.
The app administers no official examination and reproduces no official examination questions or protected materials.
3. Not medical advice
All content is for educational test preparation only. It is not medical advice, not a clinical guideline, and not a substitute for the care of a qualified health professional. Never use the app to diagnose or treat a real patient or yourself. Clinical guidance changes; verify information against current primary sources.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Access to the app requires a purchase. There is no free tier and no free sample content.
- Medical Licensing Prep Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, $24.99 USD per month.
- Medical Licensing Prep Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 year, $99.99 USD per year (about $8.33 USD per month).
- Medical Licensing Prep Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase, $179.99 USD, does not renew.
Any plan unlocks all eight exams and the same full feature set. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Prices are stated in US dollars; the App Store charges in your local currency at checkout.

5. Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or resell the question banks, rationales or other content, or attempt to reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
6. Scores and readiness
Scores, readiness percentages and benchmarks inside the app measure performance inside the app only. They are not official scores and do not predict real examination results.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including exam outcomes or clinical decisions.
