Last updated: July 15, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("Developer") and governs your use of the LSAT Test Prep app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. This Agreement incorporates Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where this Agreement is silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.

License

The Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchase (prices in USD; may vary by region):

Educational purpose and no guarantee

The App is a study aid. All questions and explanations are original practice content and are not actual exam questions. The Developer does not guarantee any particular score or admission outcome. Study results depend on many factors outside the App's control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All App content is owned by the Developer. LSAT is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). The App is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by LSAC.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. You may terminate by deleting the App.
