LSAT Test Prep

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the LSAT Test Prep app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. We built the App to be private by design.

Summary

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or health data. The App does not track you across apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

To provide study features, the App saves the following locally on your device only: your practice attempts and scores, bookmarked questions, spaced-repetition schedule, streak, exam date, target score, daily goal, and reminder preference. You can erase all of this at any time using Settings → Reset All Progress, or by deleting the App.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The App checks your purchase status locally through Apple's on-device APIs to unlock premium features.

Notifications

If you enable the optional daily study reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data leaves your device, and you can disable reminders anytime in Settings.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for people preparing for the LSAT (generally adults). It does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
