These Terms of Use apply to your use of the IT Passport Ace mobile application. Payment and auto-renewable subscriptions are also governed by Apple’s terms, including the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
Core study content requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase. There is no free content tier. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) on the product configuration; the App Store may display localized pricing for your storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
The app is an independent study aid for the IPA IT Passport exam framework. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IPA (情報処理推進機構). Content is original practice material and does not guarantee exam results. Always confirm official exam rules on IPA sources.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute app content for commercial resale, abuse the service, or use the app unlawfully.
App software, branding, and original question/flashcard content are owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy or licensed to us. All rights reserved.
