We respect your privacy. IT Passport Ace is designed as an offline-first exam prep app. We do not operate user accounts and we do not sell personal data.
On-device study data: progress, streaks, quiz answers, bookmarks, preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage (e.g. UserDefaults). This data stays on your device unless you back up the device with Apple services you control.
Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase/entitlement information needed to unlock features.
Optional notifications: If you enable study reminders, the system notification permission is used only to schedule local reminders you choose. We do not send marketing push campaigns from our servers.
Support email: If you email us, we process the content of your message to respond.
Provide exam practice features, restore purchases, improve support responses, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Processing related to payments is handled by Apple. We may disclose information if required by law.
On-device data remains until you delete the app or reset progress. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.
The app is a general educational product. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information of children to us by email.
The app may be available worldwide via the App Store. Local laws may provide additional rights.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
