1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal study, in accordance with the App Store rules and these Terms.

2. Independent study aid — trademark notice

IELTS is a trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. The App is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to those organisations. Practising in the App does not guarantee any official band score.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Available options (prices in USD, may vary by region and tax):

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

4. Content

All practice questions, tasks, prompts and model responses in the App are original study materials. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell App content except as allowed by law for personal use.

5. No professional advice

The App provides educational practice only. Estimated bands and readiness scores are approximate study guides, not official IELTS scores.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), interfere with StoreKit entitlements, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or exam outcomes arising from use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
