This Privacy Policy explains how IELTS Prep UK (“the App”) handles information. We designed the App to be privacy-friendly and offline-first.
The App may store on your device: module selection (Academic/General Training), target band, test date, daily goals, practice answers, bookmarks, incorrect items, spaced-repetition state, streaks, and mock results. This data stays on your device unless you back up your device with Apple services you control.
If you enable study reminders, the App uses Apple’s local notification system on your device. We do not send marketing push campaigns from our servers.
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction. We receive only what Apple provides for entitlement verification (for example, product identifiers and purchase status). We do not store your Apple ID password or full payment information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share study content with advertisers. Apple may process purchase-related data under Apple’s privacy policy when you buy or restore In-App Purchases.
On-device study data remains until you delete the App or reset progress in Settings. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.
The App is a general educational study aid. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information if you are not permitted to use the App under applicable law.
We rely on iOS sandboxing for local storage and Apple’s StoreKit for commerce. No method of storage is 100% secure; please keep your device locked and updated.
The App may be used worldwide. Processing related to App Store purchases follows Apple’s systems and policies for your region.
