We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Food Safety Manager Prep on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and by Apple's standard EULA. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the question bank or any other content from the app, and you may not use the content to build or train a competing product or a machine-learning model.
Food Safety Manager Prep requires a purchase to use. After onboarding, you must buy one of the plans below to access the question bank, mock exams, flashcards and analytics. There is no free version, no advertisement-supported tier, and no way to unlock the app other than an Apple In-App Purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ in other App Store storefronts and with local taxes. The price you will actually be charged is always the price shown inside the app immediately before you confirm the purchase.
Every plan gives you full access to everything in the app for the whole of the period you paid for: the complete question bank with explanations, unlimited timed mock exams, all flashcard decks, all domain outlines, spaced-repetition review, weak-domain drills, and the progress analytics.
If you reinstall the app, change device, or sign in with the same Apple Account elsewhere, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in the Settings tab. Your entitlement is restored from Apple's records. The Restore Purchases button remains available in the Settings tab after you have purchased.
All purchases are handled by Apple, and Apple, not we, issues refunds. We cannot refund an App Store purchase directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory rights of withdrawal, where the law of your country gives you them, are unaffected.
Food Safety Manager Prep is a study aid. Its questions, explanations, outlines and flashcards are educational material about the FDA Food Code as it is commonly tested at the manager level. They are not a substitute for your local health department's requirements or for an official, accredited certification exam, and using this app does not itself certify you as a food protection manager. Rules and their interpretation vary by state and change over time. Always confirm any rule against the current, official Food Code and your local jurisdiction's requirements before you rely on it at work.
We do not guarantee that using this app will make you pass any certification exam, and we make no promise about any score. Your results are your own.
All questions, explanations, outlines and flashcards in the app are original works written by our team and are protected by copyright. Food Code section numbers, exam-format facts and domain weights are factual and are cited to their public sources (the FDA and the CDC). No question from ServSafe, StateFoodSafety, or any other food-manager certification provider is reproduced in this app.
Food Safety Manager Prep is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association or any food protection manager certification provider. ServSafe is a trademark of the National Restaurant Association, used here only to distinguish this app from it. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The app collects no personal data. Everything you do stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every statement in it is free of error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, including any exam outcome or food safety incident. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, on your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
This license lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections 7 through 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this URL with the date at the top. Material changes take effect for a subscription at its next renewal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, to the extent that country's consumer law requires it; otherwise, by the laws applicable to the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: dmjks120@gmail.com.
