These Terms of Use govern your use of the CTA Tax Prep mobile application. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use CTA Tax Prep on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Access to full content requires an auto-renewable subscription or a lifetime one-time purchase.
• Prices are charged in the currency shown by the App Store (reference pricing is in US dollars).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Content is an independent study aid with original practice questions inspired by publicly available UK tax law and HMRC guidance. It is not professional tax advice, not official CIOT materials, and does not guarantee exam success. Always verify current law and exam requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, scrape content, or misuse the app unlawfully.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tax rules change; practice figures may be simplified.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or exam outcomes arising from use of the app.
