Overview

CTA Tax Prep is an offline-first exam preparation app. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

Data we process

• On-device study data: progress, answers, bookmarks, streaks, goals, exam date and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Purchases: subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support email: if you email us, we process the content of your message to respond.
• Notifications: optional local study reminders you enable; these are scheduled on-device.

What we do not do

• No third-party advertising
• No third-party analytics SDKs
• No sale of personal information

Legal bases / your choices

You can reset progress in the app, disable reminders in Settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Uninstalling the app removes on-device study data.

Children

The app is intended for adult professional exam candidates, not for children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
