These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of CSCS Test Prep (HS&E) (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own study, in line with the App Store Terms.
The App is a paid app; full functionality requires a purchase. We offer:
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region and by Apple’s currency conversion. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. Purchases can be restored on your devices using the same Apple Account.
The App is an independent revision aid. Its content is authored from publicly available UK health, safety and environment information published by the HSE and CITB under the Open Government Licence v3.0. It is provided for general study only, is not professional health-and-safety advice, and does not guarantee that you will pass the official CITB Health, Safety and Environment test. Always follow your employer’s and site’s official safety rules.
The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CITB, CSCS, or Pearson VUE. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or its question content.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
