This Privacy Policy explains how CSCS Test Prep (HS&E) (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles your information. We built the App to be private by design.
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We do not operate accounts, logins, or servers that store your data. There is no third-party analytics SDK and no advertising SDK in the App.
Your study progress — answers, streak, bookmarks, mock-test history, topic mastery and preferences — is stored only on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. It never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the App.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you enable the optional daily study reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. This is handled by iOS on-device and is not sent to us or any third party. You can disable it anytime in the App or in iOS Settings.
We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). The App requires no access to your Camera, Photos, Contacts, Location, Microphone, or Health data.
The App is a general-audience study aid intended for construction workers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
