Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of C&G 2396 Electrical Design Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) where applicable through the App Store.

Unofficial study aid

The App is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to City & Guilds, the IET, or any awarding body. Names of qualifications are used only to describe the subject matter of practice materials. Questions and rationales are original study content and do not reproduce copyrighted BS 7671 regulation text or official exam papers.

Subscriptions and lifetime access

• Full access requires an in-app purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App Store / App in the applicable storefront currency (listed reference prices are in US dollars).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

No guarantee of exam results

Practice does not guarantee a pass or any particular outcome. Always check the current official City & Guilds unit handbook and applicable regulations guidance for live work.

Acceptable use

You may use the App for personal study. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misrepresent the App as an official City & Guilds product.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made solely based on practice content.
