C&G 2396 Electrical Design Prep (“the App”) is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).

Summary

The App is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. Study progress is stored on your device.

Data we process

• On-device study data: answers, scores, bookmarks, streaks, preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device using standard platform storage.
• Purchases: subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple. We receive purchase entitlements via StoreKit; we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support email: if you contact us at dmjks120@gmail.com, we process the content of your message to respond.
• Optional notifications: if you enable study reminders, iOS schedules local notifications on your device. We do not operate a push notification server for this App.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising. The App does not use App Tracking Transparency for ad tracking because it does not serve ads.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Purchase processing is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Retention

Local study data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset progress. Support emails are retained only as needed to provide support.

Children

The App is a professional study aid. It is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in Settings or iOS Settings.
• Reset progress in the App.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Delete the App to remove local data.
