Frequently asked questions
How does the app find my trigger foods?
Every time you log a reaction, the app looks back over a time window — 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours — and attributes that reaction to the foods you ate inside it. Foods are then ranked by how often and how strongly they line up with your symptoms, weighted by severity and by how many times you've eaten them.
How much do I need to log before it works?
At least a couple of meals and one reaction to see anything. The rankings get meaningfully more reliable after one to two weeks of consistent logging — that's what the daily reminder is for.
Why is a food marked "safe"?
A food shows as safe once you've eaten it at least three times with no reaction inside your chosen window.
What is elimination mode?
You remove your suspected foods for 7–28 days, then reintroduce them one at a time on a schedule the app builds for you. You mark each food Tolerated or Reacted as it comes back, which usually identifies the culprit far faster than guessing.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device. No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I export a report for my doctor?
Open the Reports tab, pick a date range, and tap Export PDF report or Export CSV. The PDF includes your ranked triggers, safe foods, and full log.
What does Pro include?
Trigger correlations, the safe-food list, elimination mode, and PDF/CSV export. Logging meals and reactions is free forever. Pro is available monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your device open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
I bought Pro but it isn't showing up.
Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If it still doesn't appear, email us.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes — Settings → Erase all data. It is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes everything.
Important
This app is a logging and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it cannot detect or predict a food allergy. If you have a severe allergy, follow your doctor's guidance and carry any prescribed medication.
