Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using ACT Test Prep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. This is the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("the developer"). The app is also governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

1. License

The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

ACT Test Prep requires a purchase to unlock its content. We offer:

Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, billed every month.
Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, billed every year, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Lifetime — a one-time purchase for permanent access.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes that trial.

3. Educational content disclaimer

The app provides original practice questions, explanations, and study tools. Content is provided for study purposes only and is not a substitute for official test materials. We do not guarantee any particular score or exam result. Practice scores shown in the app are estimates for feedback only and are not official ACT scores.

4. Trademarks

ACT is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. ACT, Inc. is not affiliated with, does not endorse, and did not participate in the development of this app. This is an independent study aid. All questions and content in the app are original.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app's content. The content is protected by copyright and is licensed to you for personal study only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
