Summary: ACT Test Prep is built to be private by design. The app works entirely on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. There are no third-party analytics SDKs and no advertising SDKs in this app.

We do not collect personal data. Specifically:
Subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles your payment; we never receive or store your payment details. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated sales information. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you enable the optional daily study reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. These reminders are generated on-device and are never sent through our servers. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, no personal information about children is processed.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. You can erase all study data at any time using Settings → Reset progress, or by deleting the app.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
