By downloading or using A-Level Sciences Revision, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Service
The App provides original educational practice content for A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics themes. Full access requires an In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription or one-time lifetime unlock). There is no free sample tier.
2. Subscriptions
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App Store; listed reference prices are in US dollars.
3. Educational disclaimer
Content is for study practice only and does not guarantee examination success. The App is not affiliated with AQA, OCR, Pearson, or any awarding body. Always follow your exam board’s current specification and your teacher’s guidance.
4. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, and software are owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape content for commercial use.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
