Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Yachtmaster Theory Prep, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime). Prices are displayed in the App and App Store (USD reference: Monthly $6.99, Yearly $19.99, Lifetime $29.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Unofficial study aid
The App is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the RYA or any awarding body. Content does not replace official courses, charts, tide tables, or regulations. Practising does not guarantee a pass.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute content outside fair personal study use, or misuse the App. Questions are original study materials; do not claim they are official exam papers.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. Navigation and safety at sea remain your responsibility. Always follow current COLREGS, official publications, and good seamanship.
