By downloading or using Wind Turbine Safety Prep (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement: unless otherwise indicated, use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Unofficial theory revision
The App provides original multiple-choice questions and study tools for wind-industry basic safety themes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) or any certified training provider. It is not a substitute for certified basic safety training, practical assessment, or employer procedures.
2. Purchase required
Full access requires an In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Prices are displayed in the App and charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
3. No guarantee
Practising with the App does not guarantee a pass on any official assessment or certification. Content is educational theory revision only.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the App for personal study. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks, or misrepresent the App as official GWO training.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
