Does this app issue a White Card?
No. Only a registered training organisation (RTO) can issue a White Card after you complete an approved course and assessment.
I bought a subscription but features are locked.
Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings. Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Still stuck? Email us with your approximate purchase date.
How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → manage the White Card Prep subscription.
