These Terms govern your use of Welsh Baccalaureate Prep (the “App”), provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

License

Subject to these Terms and your purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use.

Subscriptions & purchases

Access requires an in-app purchase: Monthly ($3.99 USD), Yearly ($12.99 USD), or Lifetime ($14.99 USD) where offered.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
Prices may vary by storefront; Apple displays the local price at purchase.

Educational disclaimer

The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WJEC or Qualifications Wales. Content is original practice material inspired by publicly described Skills Challenge Certificate frameworks. Using the App does not guarantee any grade or qualification outcome.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App in ways that violate law or Apple policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages arising from study use.
