Summary

This app is offline-first. We do not operate user accounts, we do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal data.

Data we process

• On-device study progress — answers, scores, bookmarks, spaced-repetition cards, daily goals, and optional exam date are stored only on your device.
• Purchases — subscriptions and lifetime access are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Optional notifications — if you enable study reminders, iOS local notifications are scheduled on your device. No notification content is sent to our servers (we have none for this purpose).

Data we do not collect

• No account registration or login
• No advertising identifiers for tracking
• No third-party analytics SDKs
• No sale of personal information

Tracking

This app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

Children

The app may be used by learner drivers of various ages with parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Progress data stays on device.

Your choices

• Delete progress using Reset in Settings
• Uninstall the app to remove local data
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account → Subscriptions
• Disable notifications in iOS Settings

Third parties

Apple provides App Store distribution, In-App Purchases, and optional system services. Their privacy practices apply to those services: apple.com/privacy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
