These Terms govern your use of Veterinary Nurse Prep (RCVS) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: Monthly Premium (US$6.99/month), Yearly Premium (US$24.99/year), or Lifetime Access (US$39.99 one-time). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational content only
All questions and materials are original educational content for study practice. They are not official RCVS examination questions. Content is not veterinary advice and must not replace supervised practice, clinical judgement, or official guidance. Use does not guarantee registration, employment, or exam success.
4. No affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), BVNA, VMD, or any awarding organisation or college.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
