These Terms govern your use of Utilities Passport Prep (SHEA) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (listed as USD on the App Store for US pricing). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- Monthly Premium — auto-renewing, 1 month
- Yearly Premium — auto-renewing, 1 year
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase
3. Independent study aid
The App is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EU Skills, EUSR, or any official utilities passport scheme. Content is original practice material inspired by public HSE guidance (including HSG47). It does not guarantee a pass on any official assessment.
4. No professional advice
Content is for study practice only and is not a substitute for employer procedures, live network operator rules, or current HSE publications. Always follow site-specific safe systems of work.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell the App or its question bank. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
