These Terms govern your use of UKMLA Prep AKT by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. Educational use only
The App provides original practice questions for personal study. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for clinical training, and not affiliated with the GMC or MLA/UKMLA. Always rely on official GMC guidance for registration and exam requirements. Clinical content should be cross-checked with current NICE guidance, BNF, and local protocols.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an in-app purchase:
- Monthly Premium — auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly
- Yearly Premium — auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices are shown in your local App Store currency (US dollar list prices: $9.99/month, $34.99/year, $59.99 lifetime where applicable).
3. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, UI, and branding are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer content for commercial use.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee exam success or clinical competence. Practice scores are informal estimates only.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for exam outcomes, clinical decisions, or indirect damages arising from App use.
