These Terms govern your use of UK PPL Theory Prep. Licensed application end user terms also include Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ (Standard Apple EULA), which applies to the extent required by Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the App and App Store (USD reference pricing may localise by storefront).
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or any official examining body. Content is original practice material inspired by publicly available syllabus themes. It does not guarantee exam success. Always follow current official publications and your training organisation.
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for exam outcomes, operational flying decisions, or indirect damages.
