These Terms govern your use of the UK Amateur Radio Licence Prep iOS app published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
The App is offered with auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and an optional Lifetime one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
All practice questions are original study aids inspired by publicly discussed UK amateur radio syllabus themes. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB), Ofcom, or any official examining body. Content does not reproduce official exam banks. Passing practice mocks does not guarantee a pass on any official examination.
You may use the App for personal exam preparation. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute content commercially, or misuse the App in violation of law or Apple’s rules.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for exam outcomes, licence applications, or operational radio use based on study materials.
