MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”) provides the UK Amateur Radio Licence Prep iOS app (the “App”). This policy explains how we handle information.

Summary

The App is designed to be offline-first. We do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Study progress is stored on your device.

Information we process

On-device study data — answers, streaks, bookmarks, exam date, daily goals and similar preferences stored in on-device storage (e.g. UserDefaults).
Optional notifications — if you enable a daily reminder, iOS schedules a local notification. We do not send push notifications from our servers.
Purchases — subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.

What we do not do

No third-party ad networks
No third-party analytics trackers embedded in the App
No sale of personal information

Data retention

On-device data remains until you delete the App or reset progress. Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Children

The App is a general education tool. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information if you are not permitted to use the App under applicable law.
