These Terms apply to Traffic Control Test Prep AU provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. For App Store subscriptions, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
The App provides educational practice questions and study tools. It does not issue a traffic controller ticket, traffic management accreditation, licence, or statement of attainment. It is not affiliated with, authorised, or endorsed by any Australian state or territory road authority, Safe Work Australia, or any RTO.
Access requires an In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Prices are shown in the App via StoreKit. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Content is general study material based on publicly discussed traffic control themes. Always follow approved traffic guidance schemes, current manuals, employer procedures, and RTO training on live roads.
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for decisions made on worksites or examination outcomes.
