TOEIC ScoreMax Pro (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

Summary

The App is designed to work offline. We do not operate accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or remote databases for study content. Study progress is stored on your device.

Information we process

• On-device study data: answers, scores, bookmarks, spaced-repetition cards, goals, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple frameworks.
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlock are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase status needed to unlock features.
• Notifications (optional): If you enable a study reminder, the system notification permission is used only to schedule local reminders on your device. Reminder content is not sent to our servers.
• Support email: If you email dmjks120@gmail.com, we receive the address and message content you send so we can reply.

What we do not collect

• No tracking across apps or websites for advertising
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the App
• No sale of personal information
• No required account registration

Data retention

On-device data remains until you delete the App or use in-app reset. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Children

The App is a general education product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data via email support, contact us to delete it.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in Settings or iOS Settings → Notifications
• Reset progress in Settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account → Subscriptions

International users

The App may be available worldwide through the App Store. Data is processed on your device and by Apple under Apple’s terms.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
