These Terms govern your use of TMUA Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Full access requires an In‑App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the App (US$ where listed). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Monthly Premium — billed monthly, auto-renewing
- Yearly Premium — billed yearly, auto-renewing
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase
3. Educational content
All practice questions and explanations are original study aids. They are not official exam papers and do not reproduce UAT-UK materials. Content may contain errors; verify critical information with official sources. Use does not guarantee any admissions outcome.
4. Disclaimer of affiliation
The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UAT-UK or any university.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
