These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Telehandler & Plant Theory Prep (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may also be subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal study, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a Lifetime one-time purchase (prices in USD as listed on the App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restoring purchases re-links prior entitlements on your Apple Account.
3. Study aid only — no guarantees
The App provides original practice questions and explanations for educational purposes. It does not guarantee a pass on any official test or card scheme. Always follow current regulations, manufacturer instructions, and your employer’s procedures on site.
4. No affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CPCS, NPORS, LANTRA, City & Guilds, or any plant training or card scheme.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Site operations remain the user’s and their employer’s responsibility.
