Common questions

How do I restore a purchase? Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Restore is also available on the paywall.

Does the app work offline? Yes. The entire question bank ships inside the app and every mode works with no connection.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I report a wrong answer? Use the "Report a problem" control on any question, or email us the question text.

How do I erase my data? Settings → Reset Progress, or delete the app.

Is this the official SERU test? No. This is independent practice material. Book your real assessment and check the official format through your TfL taxi and private hire account or your local council.
