Open Settings (the gear on the home screen), tap Restore Purchases, and complete the parental gate. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple Account, your lifetime unlock will be restored.

Yes. All lessons, art and sounds are built into the app. After the one-time unlock, everything works with no internet connection.

It is designed for children ages 6–8 learning subtraction within 20, and works well a little either side of that range.
