SQE1 Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”).

Summary

The App is offline-first. We do not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. Study progress stays on your device.

Data we process

• On-device study data: answers, mastery, streaks, bookmarks, flashcard boxes, exam date preferences, and daily goals stored locally via Apple frameworks (e.g. SwiftData / UserDefaults).
• Purchases: Apple processes payments through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Optional notifications: if you enable reminders, iOS schedules local notifications on your device.
• Support email: if you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address to reply.

What we do not do

• No third-party analytics or ad networks.
• No sale of personal data.
• No account registration required.

Legal basis / your choices

You can reset progress in Settings, disable notifications in iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App removes on-device study data.

Children

The App is intended for adults preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam and is not directed at children under 13.
