These Terms govern use of SQA National 5 English Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (listed as USD on our marketing materials: Monthly $3.99, Yearly $12.99, Lifetime $14.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
3. Educational content disclaimer
The App provides original practice questions and study tools for National 5 English skills (RUAE, Critical Reading, language techniques, writing). It is not affiliated with the SQA. Content does not reproduce official past papers or copyrighted exam extracts. Practising here does not guarantee a pass on any examination.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. Do not attempt to bypass the paywall or copy content for commercial redistribution.
5. Intellectual property
App software, original questions, passages, and branding are owned by the Developer. SQA and National 5 are used only for descriptive reference to public qualifications.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, lost data on your device, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
