By downloading or using SQA Advanced Higher Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Available options (USD reference pricing; local currency may apply):
- Monthly Premium — $3.99 per month, auto-renewing
- Yearly Premium — $12.99 per year, auto-renewing
- Lifetime Access — $14.99 one-time
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Content & disclaimer
Questions and rationales are original study aids for revision. They are not official SQA past papers and do not guarantee any grade. Always refer to current SQA course specifications and your school or college.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the SQA or Qualifications Scotland.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Do not misuse the App or attempt to circumvent the paywall unlawfully.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, grades, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
