This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("we", "us") for the app Solar System for Kids ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. This App is licensed to you by Apple under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and the terms below add to it. If there is any conflict, Apple's standard EULA controls.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is free to download. All content is unlocked with a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Full Access — Lifetime"). This is not a subscription: it does not auto-renew and there are no recurring charges. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices using "Restore Purchases".
The App is an educational activity app for children. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content except as allowed by law.
All artwork, audio, text and facts in the App are original or royalty-free and owned by or licensed to us. Space facts are written in simple language based on public information from NASA. The App contains no third-party trademarks, brands, or characters.
The App collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
